Animations?
You cannot create an animation in Draw nor can you import one directly. However, there is an option in the Edit menu to “Place Internet Object.” One of the sub-options is to place an embedded file. This option allowed us to import the animated banner above; however, there was no way to properly size it  without some other reference. (A generic icon is displayed for such embedded files.) The solution was to import the animated GIF file through the normal import, producing  a static bitmap image. We then sized the embedded animation to match it, and then deleted the static bitmap.
Creating Links
We already mentioned how easy it was to turn text into a hyperlink on page 1. It is just as simple to turn a graphic into a a similar hyperlink. The graphic at the bottom was selected, and converted into a link to the next page, in exactly the same way as the text in this paragraph; select it, right click, choose “internet link,” and select “top of page x.” That’s all there is to it! On the next page, we will delve into more sophisticated links, including links to other websites and image maps.
