This was created in much the same way as the previous logo, except that I added a Lighting effect (found on the Effects/Render menu) to each frame. Because the logo is meant to represent an illuminated sign, I didn’t want the lighting effect to work on it, so I had to mask it, in each frame, as I applied the effect. I probably could have used a fountain fill instead, but the Lighting effect made it quite easy (once I figured out what the heck I was doing) to adjust from frame to frame. I think modifying a fountain fill for each frame would have been far more diffiult.
